Baltic Champion of Champions 2022

On 7 May 2022 the Lithuanian Kennel Club hosted traditional event – Baltic Champion of Champions. The event enjoyed participation of 32 best dogs from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The dogs were evaluated by three highly respected judges: Maite Gonzalbo Lorenzo from Spain, Carsten Birk from Denmark and Nikola Smolic from Croatia.

The title of the Baltic Champion of Champions was awarded to German Spitz Pomeranian IN TIME POMS SMOKING SENSES, owners Guoda Jurgilaitė&Alexandr Alexandrov and the Vice Champion cup went to Phalene DOLLBABIES MISHKA MAKE MY DAY, owner Ilze Fraimane.

3 International Dog Shows in Palanga, Lithuania

The International Dog Shows to be held in Palanga, the Baltic sea resort in Lithuania on 23-25 September. 

The judges‘ panel comprises experts from England, Finland, Spain, Italy, San Marino, Austria and Romania. Dogs which receive 3 LT CAC at International Dog Shows in Palanga may be granted LT Champion title (CH titles can be confirmed at the show place).  

Druskininkai dog shows: 5-6-7 August

3 International Dog Shows to be held in Druskininkai on 5-6-7 August (Mizarų str. 59, Druskininkai). 

Dogs which receive 3 LT CAC at International dog show in Druskininkai may be granted LT Champion title (CH titles can be confirmed at the show place). 

5 August the international dog show starts at 12. 00, 6-7 August the shows start at 10.00 h.

International dog shows. 1-2-3 July in Molėtai

On 1-3 July 2022 the Lithuanian Kennel Club is holding 3 International Dog Shows in Moletai, Radziunu Aerodrome.

The judges’ panel comprises experts from The Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland and Slovakia.

On 27-29 May 2022 the Lithuanian Kennel Club is holding 3 International Dog Shows in Moletai, Radziunu Aerodrome.

The judges’ panel comprises experts from Belgium, Italy, Slovenia, Romania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Poland, Latvia and Slovakia. Dogs awarded 3 LT CAC on the shows can confirm Lithuanian Champion at the show place.

The Lithuanian Kennel Club informs

The Lithuanian Kennel Club condemns Russia‘s aggression and is again the war in Ukraine.

The Lithuanian Kennel Club will not send their representatives to judge any competitions in Russia and Byelorussia and will not invite judges from these countries to their shows and competitions.

The entries of Russian and Byelorussian participants will not be accepted to the event organised by the Lithuanian Kennel Club and its member clubs.

Important information for IDS participants, March 2022

The show takes place in Parodų centras „LITEXPO“, Laivės av. 45, Vilnius. 

The Lithuanian Kennel Club strongly condemns Russia’s aggression towards Ukraine and stands against the war in Ukraine. We fully support Ukraine’s striving to live in a free and democratic country. The Lithuanian Kennel Club informs that all the entries of Russian and Byelorussian dogs have been cancelled for International Dog Shows in Vilnius on 4-6 March 2022.

2 Byelorussian (2 owners) and 31 Russian (24 owners) dogs were entered. All persons from these countries who have entered their dogs to International Dog Shows in Vilnius have been informed about their entry cancellations and their prohibition on participation in the shows.

Some dogs listed in the show catalogue have pedigrees issues by RKF and BCU, however, these dogs do not live in Russia and Byelorussia nor their owners are citizens of the mentioned countries. These dogs are allowed to take part in the shows.

In reaction to the situation in Ukraine Lithuania introduced a state of emergency on 24 February 2022. So far the latter does not involve significant restrictions to Lithuanian citizens and guests. The situation in the country is stable and secure. We hope it remains so and we will meet you at the international dog shows in Vilnius next weekend!

Entrance is open from 8:00 and one person gets free entrance per one dog (accompanying person is charged an admission fee, tickets available at the entrance). Visitors are not admitted to the showplace.

If your dog is not participating at the final competitions, please kindly leave the show after your breed judging is finished. We kindly ask you not to leave your personal belongings and dog crates in hall 3.

Welcome to International Dog Shows in Vilnius!

The Lithuanian Kennel Club (FCI) gladly welcomes you to the international dog shows to be held on 04, 05 and 06 March 2022 at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, Laisves av. 5, Vilnius.

The judges‘ panel includes experts from Finland, Luxenbourg, Estonia, Poland, etc.  

Dogs which receive 3 CAC at International dog shows in Vilnius may be granted LT CH (titles can be confirmed at show place).

Dog Shows in Lithuania in 2021: when and where?

A preliminary dog show schedule for 2021 has been arranged.

The Lithuanian Kennel Club is planning to have international dog shows in Moletai on 2-4 July, in Druskininkai on 6-8 August, in Palanga on 24-26 September and in Vilnius on 17-19 December.

National and speciality shows will mainly be held outside during the warm season.

We hope the quarantine will end soon and restrictions on big events will be relaxed.

We sincerely apologized all dog lovers for cancelled dog shows in 2020 - 2021.

Show judges and all relevant information about the shows will be announced in the nearest future.

Show Schedule is subject to changes with reference to the pandemic situation in our country.

The dogs that were entered for International dog shows in December 2020 can transfer their entries to the International dog shows to be held in 2021. Dogs and classes can be changed.

Following COVID-19 related restrictions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania the show organising committee informs you that only participants having national or EU COVID certificates will be admitted to the show place.

No testing is required for children and teenagers under 16.
